* I started helping the company with ERP Team Support and making process survey on Trading, Accounting and Financial areas; * I developed functional specifications from business rules for software factory; * I managed projects for news areas as industrialization of imported products from L´Oréal, Swatch Trade Fair, Softwares of web orders and Trading Systems; * I managed system and infrastructure teams and third parties; * I audited plants for guaranteed quality audit based on ISO 9000.

* I supported ERP system in the company's accounting and equity area; * Review of internal processes; * I managed external systems at Volkswagen's “Pulmão” factory; * Participated in the qualification process for ISO 9000.
