The position is applied in a multinational company, acting in the ICT market for the deployment of solutions and services based on the Oracle technologies and mainly on the ERP Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle Applications). Over the course of the past years I have covered the following responsibilities in the Company : - Practice & HR Manager - Quality Manager - Key Account Manager - Senior Project Manager - Service Delivery Manager

My job was to manage the IT department of Xerox Italy, reporting to the Italian CFO and to the Xerox Europe IT Manager. My responsibilitites were to plan and control the ICT budget and all the ICT services and projects deployed to Xerox by the outsourcer EDS or by third party consultancies. Areas subjected to my control were: -Applications maintenance & enhancement -Infrastructure Mgmt -TLC Mgmt -ICT Purchasing & Assets Mgmt -Strategic Projects Mgmt (e.g. Migration to Euro, Italian HQ relocation)

The managing position was created during the implementation of the Oracle Financials ERP during 1997, when I was in charge to represent Xerox IT and Xerox Finance within the project team, in order to facilitate and control the relationships with the Oracle Emea implementation team. After the implementation project I started to coordinate the ERP Applications Maintenance by collecting and interpreting the business requirements for the enhancements and by managing the intervention of third party suppliers.
