Ti, Hf, Ta, and Nb sample preparation and anodization in different conditions, SEM, e-beam litho., e-beam evaporator, I-V characterization of valve metal oxides by probe station and C-AFM. As part of the project, I spent three months as guest researcher in Soochow university in China under supervision of professor Mario Lanza. I also trained bachelor and master students in the lab on anodizing, vis-spectrophotometry, photoactivity and photo-induced degradation measurements for liquid and solid samples.
