In my current role at DXC technology, I am a part of the Finance Shared Services Organization which consists of 3000 employees across the globe. As a part of the Project Management Office, I am responsible for the business process management, financial-budget-Head count management, maintaining the records on the attrition/ back fills/new roles/promotion cases and ensuring that we are within the monthly and quarterly budgets along with successful savings.

As a procurement Specialist for Deutsche Bank Account (GLOBAL) and lead APO Bank (Germany), I am accountable to channelize the orders placed by our clients and customers, keeping in mind the company policies, as well as the ETA of the deliveries .This role involves a high degree of client interaction-control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs Vendor performance evaluation and management.

As a procurement lead for the Agency contractor engagement operations, I am accountable for the end to end procurement process for the agency contractor hiring process, interaction with internal business units and stakeholders for their agency contractor engagement requirements, contractor skill-sets, current demands and future forecasts, pay scales as per the job levels etc.

Understanding the Business Needs and Client requirements, conducting recruitment drives and events, direct interaction with the hiring managers to understand the requirements for effective pooling of profiles, extensive use of social networking sites like LinkedIn, Head Hunting, Google search, cold calling, face book and job boards.

As a part of the background verification team and deputy at Goldman Sachs, I was taking care of the complete documentation of the new joiners across Goldman Sachs Bangalore and maintaining their records using people HR software.
