While at Cullen's Home Center my responsibility's have been Sales and IT. In the sales department i have been responsible for finding the perfect solution for my customers and increasing company profits. The IT responsibility's have included maintaining and developing the network, Windows server, Active Directory, and client computers. Some of the projects I have designed and implemented are VPN's, Domain Group Policies, SharePoint intranet, and social networking sites.

Supervised fellow students in a Computer Help Desk environment. We repaired and upgraded Customer's computers and networks. This position involved alot of teaching computer knowledge to first year students.

During my tenure at RadioShack I was responsible for the corporate store located in Willmar, MN. Training my staff to be a complete customer solution, optimizing the store to function with high margins, and growing product sales were the keys to my success. I walked away from this position with improved skills in explaining technical information in a simplified manor.

As a slot technician I was responsible for a slot machine help desk, maintenance, and preventative maintenance. Always on call for customer assistance if there machine borrowed money or was not working. When not assisting customers, Machines that were out of order were the Priority. Then we would return to the shop and work on components that had been deemed bad and swapped out on the floor. This included monitors, mainboards, networking cards, bill accepters, and hoppers.
