• Source, evaluate and control suppliers both locally and overseas, capable of fulfilling the diverse needs of the Company on the quality of materials, delivery times and cost. • Negotiate the best possible terms for the Company with all suppliers together with the technical department. • To process the RFQ, Purchase orders, Goods receipts, and Invoicing through the ERP system (PAL by Mariapps). • Conduct value analysis of purchases to ensure the Company benefits from the best terms available.

• Assured site execution is done as per approved drawings and standard of quality • Managed manpower at site in coordination with site foreman & site supervisor and submitted Final Inspection Report for all completed projects • Monitored employees & all activities of the project purchasing department and created plans for the purchase of equipment, services & supplies • Complied with the company's procurement policies & procedures and prepared budgets, cost analysis and reports
