Achievements: 1 Monitor customer all WL equipment alarms, include RNC/BSC/NodeB/BTS, fix all kind of issues, make sure customer networks working health. 2 Upgrade equipments to new version, yearly more than 100+ RNC, 5000+ NodeB. 3 Fix customer raised all kind of voice/data issues.

Main job dues 1 Project delivery management, Wireless network design, opmizaon, BTS and BSC installaon supervisor, integraon, cutover and PAT; 2 Auto opmizaon system installaon, integraon; 3 NodeB/RNC version upgrade and maintenance.
