1 Responsible for P2P cycle for service required from vendor to complete project on time. 2 Creating RFQ, POs and Vendor management along with project management. 3 Responsible for RFQ maintenance and RFQ comparison. 4 Quality checks and project review with customer. 5 Robotic Simulation cell building, Reach ability & feasibility study for manufacturing process. 6 Validation of manufacturing process in cell/stations. 7 expert with tools like DELMIA, CATIA V5, UG-NX, PDM required in automobile industry.

1 Responsible for MRP and Inventory management. 2 Co-ordination with sourcing, quality control, stores and other functions in department for timely actions related to materials. 3 Performing intra company STO's to maintain inventory levels and confirm materials availability. 4 Goods issue, material transfer movements, highlighting stock accumulation, physical inventory verification. 5 SAP Support experience to remove errors while creating STOs, GR and GI, material master, vendor master.

1 Preparing bill of material (BOM) of design covering aspects like material and material type , quantity of each components, size using SAP. 2 Creation and maintaining Material master , also handling material workflows in PLM. 3 Create and Maintain info records. 4 Understand design requirements for new fixtures used by clients like BMW, Volkswagen (VW), and Mercedes-Benz (MB). 5 Concept Design, Modelling,and Drafting of different fixtures used in automobile industry for Welding, Processing and holding.

1 Designing & Optimizing process flow specifications as per client’s requirement. 2 Material Inspection and physical inventory verification before dispatch of material. 3 Understanding Pre-requisites of customer order and creating RFQ and POs of required material. 4 Purchase order and RFQ maintenance using SAP.
