• Led finance for Amazon’s North Germany robotics fulfillment cluster, advising senior Operations and Engineering leaders on profitability, productivity, capacity and investment decisions. • Owned planning, performance management, capital allocation and operational governance across a multi-site fulfillment network. • Drove major cost-transformation programs across shift design, network cost-out, storage strategy and supplier/payment controls, with solutions adopted Europe-wide.

• Directed Controlling and Financial Reporting for Germany, advising ZEAL’s Executive Board on business performance, risks and corrective actions. • Finance partner for commercial growth initiatives across Instant Games, customer acquisition, marketing investment and product portfolio strategy. • Improved margin visibility, planning discipline and P&L integrity by standardizing Tagetik planning and correcting material accounting misclassifications.

• Served as acting regional finance lead during European VP absences, overseeing performance, licensing compliance and strategic project continuity. • Led a five-person controlling team and drove turnaround actions that moved monthly EBITDA from a seven-figure US-dollar loss to break-even. • Owned cost transformation and finance digitization.
