DZI Insurance group is the oldest insurance company in Bulgaria. From 2007 it is part of KBC banking-insurance group. As of now, DZI operates 3 companies that run general, life and health insurance businesses. DZI is the third largest insurer in Bulgaria concerning market share. As CIO, I was responsible for maintaining and innovating the IT landscape and make sure that business is well served. I managed IT Programs & Projects, IT infrastructure & Applications, IT Security & Architecture.

Manage ICT Projects and Operations

Providing managed IT services and IT consulting for small and medium businesses. Developed and Independent Oracle Health Check Analysis to help businesses in solving performance and scalability problems and build up of custom monitoring and automation solutions based on open source technologies to facilitate provisioning of Managed IT services.

Mtel was the biggest telecom operator servicing more than 5M customers. Since 2007, Mtel is part of Telekom Austria Group. As a leading telecom operator, Mtel operated the largest ICT infrastructure in Bulgaria. As the IT Infrastructure Manager, I was responsible for Data centers, Network infrastructure, SAN & Storages, Servers & Databases; Backups and DR. Providing also managed IT services for operators in Austria, Serbia and Macedonia.
