Acting as the corporate lead for efficiency and BPR, my role provides internal consultancy and expertise in business process redesign across the County Council. Working within the client departments to ensure optimized processes and implementation for benefits management I provide expertise in organisation processes, and opportunities for cost reduction

•Actively involved in developing and sustaining an improvement culture across both the RAF, and other agencies including the NHS, Rolls Royce and British Aerospace through the utilization of Lean Six Sigma Methodologies. •Using experience of Change Management and Business Improvement to facilitate and lead multi-skilled teams across a number of large cross-functional projects with multiple stake holders. Both in the U.K, and with the Tornado Force in Afghanistan.
