I work within the Marine specialist team who work with companies who support Ship Owners and Operators, Classification Societies, Ship Registries, Consultancies, Shipyards, P&I Clubs and OEM’s across Europe, Middle East and Africa. We work with companies such as Chevron, BP, Shell, Wartsila, MAN, ABS, Lloyds Register, Isle of Man, Bahamas, Breamar.

Tasked to Lead, motivate and develop team to a high standard of achievement and efficiency also to manage and track the performance of all team members by proactively analyzing performance levels, implementing and being accountable for appropriate improvement and change solutions as required.

The role was providing a high-quality, customer-driven service for selling mortgages through proactive phone and face-to-face interviews.

The role was to receive incoming contacts through web and telephone also making outgoing contacts, extracting initial case details to assess/agree case suitability for progression using prescribed lending criteria.
