I am the Practice Director for the Search Function at Satigo (Formerly the Executive Search Division of Virtual Recruiter.) We deliver high-level executive search capability to companies in the cloud technology sector. My role carries profit and loss responsibility, requires the day to day management and running of the search business. My position is a hands on new business development, I am responsible for successfully winning and managing delivery.

I started with Nicholson as a Consultant with responsibility for both new business development and delivery to companies in the IT software arena. It was my responsibility to create new relationships and to strengthen and maintain existing accounts. I managed the relationships with software vendors, systems integrators and pre-IPO technology companies across multiple technology sectors. After a successful year one I was then promoted to Senior Consultant, the role being more senior.
