Über mich
I strive to build digital and physical collaboration spaces that everyone understands and wants to use, so that everyone can engage in trusted and efficient team collaboration. I typically do this within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, using adoption and change management techniques from Prosci. Importantly, I see team collaboration as the interplay between individual and collaborative work. With the current focus on collaborative work, I am a proponent of focus time (Cal Newport coined the term 'deep work') and want to create organisational structures and cultural norms that allow for and uninterrupted individual work. The main tenet of my thinking is that every knowledge worker benefits from focus time, because "helping people collaborate is a wonderful thing [but] giving them time to think is even better" (Economist 2016).
