 One point contact for all Trade Services customers .  Handling Customer queries and grievances related to all Trade services transactions.  Guiding customers on import and export documentation, regulations.  Presenting and promoting with the Sales team Internet Trade Services to customers.

 Member of the UAT team for the rollout of new web based trading systems and Internet Trade Services platform for India. Responsible for UAT , Trainings to end users and Production verification tests.

 Managing and leading the team Processing and checking of Import and Export Bills under Uniform Rules for Collection 522.

Responsible for various functions over the years such as Negotiation of documents under Letters of Credit, Processing and Payment of Import and Export transactions, handling SWIFT correspondence.
