Responsible for QHSE in the company headquarter in Unterschleissheim and in the subsidiaries in Europe and China. Technical and disciplinary leadership of quality specialists.

Responsible for series quality of the electric plants in Europe. Technical and disciplinary leadership of quality specialists both in Germany and the UK (plant support, tools and methods, delivery plant incl. Q-residents and line support) in the OEM customer interface. World-wide governance of the regional production plants regarding quality.

Responsible for Quality Management and Quality Assurance at RENOLIT SE Munich Plant. Leading of Quality Specialists in quality planning, final inspection and complaint management. Further tasks include maintenance of the certified Quality Management System documentation, internal, supplier and certification audits and customer contacts regarding quality related issues (specifications, contracts and complaints)

Responsible for Product Quality Assurance, leading three separate Teams of QA Specialists, altogether 15 employees. Tasks include quality improvement regarding customer complaints and internal issues, raw material and packaging material supplier management, quality planning in the production lines, issuing of PPAPs, CPs and FMEAs, internal audits, GMP related topics and support in tender and contract phase regarding quality topics.

Quality responsible for the customer projects for BMW and Audi at the Customer Centre in Munich. Tasks included customer visits regarding product related topics, issuing 8D reports also in the customer Internet portal, coordination of product issue related communication with production sites.

Development and description of various business processes in interdisciplinary teams. Quality responsible for GSM customer network project (Customer/Sub-supplier/Nokia internal). Verification of processes, control and supervision of the implementation and maintenance of project instructions, internal and external (partner) audits, support in tender and contract phase regarding quality related topics, identification and tracking of failure costs.

Quality Assurance in the production, material incoming inspection, issuing of material certificates and Specifications, internal documentation and audits according to ISO9001.
