Responsible for leading the HR Specialist team for the DACH region supporting employees, managers and the HR organization itself. In my role as Labour Relations Partner, I´m advising on all labor and collective bargaining matters and supports efficient, compliant, and sustainable business operations.

Operative HR work, knowledge of german and swiss labour law, cooperation with the workers council, HR Projects. As LAbour Relations Partner I am responsible to present, negotiate and finalize the necessary agreements for e.g. project or system implementations for all german companies of Avnet.
