As Labour Relations Partner I´m responsible for Workers Council related topics e.g. system implementations or changes. Presenting, negotiating and finalizing the necessary agreements is part of it.

Operative HR work, knowledge of german and swiss labour law, cooperation with the workers council, HR Projects. As LAbour Relations Partner I am responsible to present, negotiate and finalize the necessary agreements for e.g. project or system implementations for all german companies of Avnet.
