Reporting to the Chief of Staff- I am in charge of setting up our internal employee e-training program/knowledge sharing platform:Hult University. Hult University aims at developing product knowledge, soft and hard skills as well as technical competencies for our sales and marketing staff. It will also improve the on-boarding experience of newcomers. I am also responsible for sourcing+recruiting top sales and marketing talents globally.
