Leading a team of research scientists in planning, executing, syntheses and delivery of novel chemical compounds, which are often important drug candidates from Biotech & Pharmaceutical companies. Distributing work evenly among team members to achieve maximum efficiency in a multidisciplinary team environment. Providing necessary training and coaching to project team. Conducting weekly teleconferences with project customers.

Manage contract research projects for various big pharmaceutical and biotech companies under FTE programs. Supervised a team of seven junior to mid-level research scientists. Maintain familiarity with the Chemical Hygiene Plan; exhibit safety awareness and safe work practice. Manage intellectual property proficiently.

My postdoctoral research work with Prof. Dr. Christa Müller (University of Bonn, Germany) was a collaboration project between the University of Bonn and a pharmaceutical company (UCB Pharmaceutical S.A., Belgium) funded by German Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) against targeted neurodegenerative disorders.
