- Develop challenging chemistry-related questions and prompts to guide AI models toward accurate and complex reasoning - Assess the factuality, relevance, and scientific rigor of chemistry-related text generated by AI models

- Management of a team of up to ten chemists and their further development, on-boarding of new employees - Project management including budgeting, scheduling and human resource management, incl. of outsourced FTEs - Evaluation of the feasibility and profitability of new projects in collaboration with the business development team - Daily communication with clients - Controlling of the team’s efficiency, incl. KPIs and performance statistics - Organization of internal company processes

- Planning and execution of organic syntheses (milligrams to 500 g), incl. chemical libraries (up to 100 x 50 mg reactions simultaneously) - Coordination of multiple projects - Analysis of compounds via NMR, (u)HPLC-MS, LC-MS, GC-MS; Purification via column chromatography, distillation, re-crystallization, ion-exchange resins - Supervision of chemistry laboratory technicians and doctoral students - High flexibility regarding goals and deadlines, working under time pressure - Solution-oriented thinking
