- Planning and execution of organic syntheses (milligrams to 500 g) - Synthesis of chemical libraries (up to 100 x 50 mg reactions simultaneously) - Coordination of multiple projects (on average 4-5 simultaneously) - Supervision and coordination of chemistry laboratory technicians and doctoral students - High flexibility regarding project goals and deadlines, working under extreme time pressure - Solving scientific problems, solution-oriented thinking
