- Overall responsibility for strategy and delivery of manufacturer services, financial results and office operations, incl. representation vis-à-vis relevant stakeholders - Lead a multinational, cross-cultural team of close to 30 employees, incl. all aspects of staffing, development and performance management - Oversee strategic planning, obtain funding for projects to expand both the portfolio of services and customer segments served - Lead periodic company board meetings and monthly business reviews

- Overall finance responsibility for various Swiss legal entities, incl. monthly/quarterly internal as well as annual statutory financial reporting in accordance with US and Swiss GAAP - Responsible for project related financial modeling and investment proposals, annual budgeting, long-range planning and forecasting - Accounting, planning and compliance in the area of (in-) direct taxes - Responsible for HR administration, payroll for locally hired personnel, incl. source tax matters, company car program

- Internal (quarterly) and external financial reporting in accordance with US and Swiss GAAP - Support local and division management in establishing annual budgets and periodic forecasts as well as monitoring and analyzing results and underlying drivers - Maintain, monitor, continuously improve an internal control system over financial reporting meeting SOX and local legal requirements - Ensure compliance in the area of direct/indirect taxes - Supervise and manage a team of 10 accountants/controllers
