Implementation of Flow, Pull, Takt, 0-Defect orientated production (get ready for JIT). Focus on full Value streams (Pre and Final assembly) based on created Product families to minimize transport distances, further decrease troughput times, strengthen the agility of the production.

Aim: Change of job shop production into chain production with existing production equipment; Focus on Pre assembly level; Lead of dedicated Project Team in Plant Mikulov (CZ); Product segmentation of product portfolio Plant Mikulov; Creation of Production Families (Products with same production steps/properties); Successfull implementation of Line Concepts in Mikulov (CZ) - significant savings due to improved throughput times, flexibility, productivity, less stocks, less hidden problems...

Successful relocation of automotive serial production (workload ~230 FTE´s) from Mikulov (CZ) to Balti (Moldova) for BMW projects. All performed process series with green results.
