Introduction of BICC in the VF organisation. Building up a team, introducing processes and procedures and defining and implementing standardized reporting and management dashboards for all VF brands.

In my role I was in charge to set up of the full Supply Chain process for the brand Reef in EMEA. I had full responsibility for Production Planning, Product Aquisition & Customer Service and coordinated the other activities with VF shared services like logistics, distribution or finance. I was working closely together with the Brand VP as well as the Sales, Product and Marketing directors to integrate the Brand in the VF organisation.

In this temporary role I was in charge of coordinating the integration of the recently aquired brand Napapijri into the VF organisation and the relocation into the new swiss headquarter

In charge of the full distribution and logistics for the brand. Main goal of my job was the consolidation of multiple distribution centers in a new central european DC in Czech Republic.
