Since assuming the position as VP of Product Management at Saperion with full P&L responsibility, Saperion has become one of the fastest growing ECM companies in Europe and in a highly competitive market. During my tenure, Saperion built a world class team and won some of the largest customers in the ECM market from a seat count and TCV perspective. In August, 2013, Lexmark acquired Saperion, an ECM service and cloud service for enterprise file sync, sharing and collaboration.

Built a new team in Berlin for quality assurance and documentation Integrated and developed new tools and ways to test our product suite for on premise and cloud Implemented crowdsourced testing Built a new QA and Development offshore center in Slovakia Integrated ISO certifications for the product development process Certifications for the Russian market

Developed and designed the first version our web based ECM platform.
