First level IT support for Avaloq’s Software developed for the Banking sector. First troubleshooting of issues regarding the firm’s software, its correlated tools, OS and internal ticketing tool (HP Service Manager). Support provided in italian, english, german and spanish both to internal users and to international customers, following the security rules which the banking sector requires.

Second level IT support for Aton’s Software developed for Food and Beverage, Retail and Large Retail Organization sectors. First troubleshooting of customer’s issues (both Hardware and Software and both from the final seller to the HQ), configuration of Apps and Hardware, analysis and management of customer's Databases and Servers, all in multilingual support (italian, english, german). Supervisor of the team's ticketing system and internal documentation.

First level IT support for Oracle’s Software Xstore and Stores2, Retail Modern POS and Microsoft Dynamics AX by remote assistance. First troubleshooting of issues regarding the OS, Sales SW, HW peripherals, such as fiscal printers, A4 printers, scanners and PDA, and handle of generic network issues, all in multilingual support (IT, EN, PT, DE and ES). Team's management as a Vice Team Leader: organization of team's activities, schedule and training, and internal/external training of colleagues and customers.
