As part of the MBA program we consulted Business Innovation group, performed market and competitor analysis to support the launch of new service line by Mercedes- Benz; provided recommendations for strategic customer segmentation and prioritization; provided landscape of IT, logistics, operations involved in the implementation of the service; performed interviews, surveys, and mystery shopping activities in six European countries.

• Actively supported the VP of New Business Development Department in creating a new service line called UL Environment globally • Coordinated four teams of international people, each focused on defining the different contents of the new services • Managed relationship with external marketing and independent sales agents for sale of new services • Created and developed contacts with new customers and other stakeholders • Successfully acquired the first customer of UL Environment in Europe in December 2008

Provided continued outlook of internal sales activities – reviewed won/lost tenders, incoming opportunities, and existing projects; generated periodical market intelligence reports on competitors’ activities; defined KPIs and continuously provided an overview of the industry market size, company’s and competitors’ market shares.

Assisted the Project Manager in organizing trade shows and events; provided assistance to the members of the chamber.

Supervised the maintenance of the company’s ERP system; assisted the Production manager in allocating the workload to the product lines; responsible for IT-related problems.
