Involved in the design of High Power Testing Laboratories, large and complex plants where electrical equipment (LV, MV and HV circuit breakers, disconnectors, contactors, fuses, switchgear, etc.) is subjected to power tests (short circuit, withstand current, temperature rise, etc.) to verify its performance limits and to ensure the compliance with the standards. CESI Italy is partner of FGH GmbH - Germany and IPH GmbH - Germany.

Research, design and particularly simulation on various complex electrical systems: DC/DC converters for automotive applications, ultra capacitor power conditioning systems, electrical propulsion for high speed boat, ultra capacitor applications on energy and transportation fields.

Coordination of testing and testing activities of medium and high power transformers in three high voltage testing rooms.-

From 1983 till 2003 he was with the Italian Government, performing several tasks in the Security field in various locations of Italy.
