LTE:  LTE KPI Monitoring such as accessibility, retainability, Hand over success rate,  Low throughput, low SINR etc.  LTE event analysis using XCAP post processing tools.  LTE drop call analysis based on cluster drive data to troubleshoot Pilot pollution ,drop calls, handoff failures and minimize interference issues by improving SINR and coverage .  Optimization and Performance testing of GSM.  Finalizing the Antenna height & orientation. Proposing recommendations as antenna azimuth ,Tilt.

o Basic knowledge of 3G WCDMA, UMTS, HSUPA, HSDPA network o Optimizing Pilot pollution, high RTWP, Overshooting sites, missing neighbour relations, SHO success rate. Identifying HW issues, Drop Calls and access issues o DT measurements data collection, analysis and post-processing in order to improve CPICH RSCP and Ec/No, due to physical modifications (antennas azimuth, tilts, height), or parameters optimization. o Coordination DT Team &Study Drive test Reports for improving RSCP, Ec/No, BLER, Handoff.

RF Survey, Drive Test, Radio Access network Analyzer and Optimization, as well as KPI management. • Radio Network Tuning & Optimization of the network. • All RF details as Antenna Orientation, Height of the CDMA antenna, Type of antenna etc. • New site planning in Existing cities depending on Drive test results, Customer Complaints and capacity, this includes following:  To identify the coverage whole or problematic area.  To locate a search ring as per above details.

 E1 Configuration for 3G network.  Make configuration file for individual BTS.  Handle the power of each Trx.  To provide all level technical support and solutions for transmission related issues  Commissioning ZTE BTS  To give 1ST level technical support .  Integration and A/T for the BTS.  Detects faults, priorities and takes immediate corrective actions according to the agreed fault management procedures.  Monitoring of alarms and all activities of cell site.

 Installation ,Commissioning of PDH WebFil MUX in Metro Rail,Kolkata (Dumdum to Kavisubhash).  Acceptance Test & Charge Handover to them.  Equipment Commissioning & Maintenance of it in Eastern Rail(Sealdah,Malda),  Equipment Maintenance of Northern Rail(Kashmir),  Equipment Maintenance of Western Rail(Gandhi Dham).etc.  Installation, Testing, Commissioning and fault rectification of STM (1, 4, 16) - Synchronous Transport Module of TEJAS Networks, FIBCOM, ORDYN make.
