Directing the IT team (137 persons) to complete all essential projects as we used Scrum methodology. Working as a product owner for software development and database projects. Coordinating the engineering and operations teams to solve operational problems by converting nationwide user stories into actionable technical tasks.

Task: Conduct ML algorithms and EDA in solving problems of cyber and public security domain. Data: National web services, telecommunication and financial credit data, geodata layers, web crawling and open source data. Analytics: PL/SQL, Oracle and Teradata Data Warehouse, Python, ETL, Social Network, ArcGIS, IBM-SPSS Data Mining, and NLP: Entity extraction. Achievement: Significantly reduce the processing time (a hundred times) of 400+ analytical algorithms and increase their robustness by 27%.
