I work as a business development coordinator at Lider Etiket. Here we produce self-adhesive printed and unprinted labels. I work on ERP software integration and improvement in quality processes.

I started the Workplace Practice Training at the Employment Department, the Human Resources Deputy sub-branch under the General Directorate of Turkish Airlines.

Integration of the company to the e-commerce (B2C) system is provided by various analyzes. In this analyzes, many programs are used such as ibm modeler, microsoft office, super desicion .

During of the internship, I participated in learning and understanding the production area. For example, I attended the cutting cell morning meetings with the cutting process leader. In the same weeks, I made a time study to collect data for the project started by my internship officer. I was involved in the project carried out by company automation engineers. Automation levels in processes were checked. I made data analysis in this project. I also deposited the efficiency account of the factory.

I am doing research on sustainable energy and fuzzy decision making problems.

"Comparison Of Multi-Criteria Decision Making Methods For Digital Marketing Tools" and "B2C Intagration in a manufacturing factory" these are my thesis.
