Responsible for email marketing a portfolio of products associated with prospects and subscribers and a weekly delivery rate of around 1.2m emails. Planning, coding, executing and optimizing email marketing campaigns. Identify ways to further enhance email marketing by keeping up-to-date with the latest HTML developments, split tests, subject line testing, working with designers and database, tracking campaigns, producing triggered campaigns, online forms and working with dynamic XML merge content

My key responsibilities were to manage the database in a timely manner by maintaining, updating and enhancing the existing data. Furthermore, I was responsible for processing subscription sales through online and offline channels, posting invoices and responding to customer queries. For my marketing responsibilities I created and managed marketing campaigns for all third party and training related e-mail projects.

At Royal Holloway, I was partly responsible for running the universities management society. As shadow secretary I was in charge of organizing events, presentations and leadership workshops. I also provided one-to-one consultations to students to assist in their careers.
