I assessed product strategy and researched customer requirements, assessed scope of products and appraised new features & ideas• I led QA vertical of organization and developed a team of 4 for end to end quality assurance of products. I introduced and coached Agile practices in the organization and facilitated agile practices (user-story mapping, release planning meetings, daily stand-ups, reviews)

As Test Lead, I let the SIT and UAT at the client location. I also created and administered the test strategy, planning, and execution. I also worked as the SME for OLC(Online Charging) module. Besides, I handled the configuration management, knowledge transfer and other SQA activities. Additionally, I coordinated with on-shore/off-shore teams of 32 people, supervised Defect Status meetings and prepared reports on quality assurance for MBR (Management Board Review)
