At the request of GE Healthcare, I am currently undertaking a bubble assignment due to my vast Workday and Project Management skillset and deep business understanding. - Change Management & training of 700+ Managers ensuring Workday Readiness - organization development, recruiting & staffing, performance management, career development, employee relations, training, compensation & HR processes in close cooperation with local works councils, regional HR team and HR Solution Partner

Led the Regional People Operations readiness (centers & sites) for the global transition of 73 countries/60K employees in EMEA to Workday. This included managing the HR Tier 1/HR Tier 2 strategy, service simulation set-up, hyper care strategy, organizing creation and collection of localized standard operation procedures, identifying and mitigating governance and operational process gaps & conducting Workday trainings in cooperation with senior management & global stakeholders.

As part of the global Workday integration team, I was involved from the start designing the future HR platform touching various employee personas globally and featuring self-service going forward. I led the local process & data migration from Oracle HR to Workday including compliance and legal reviews while transferring local requirements into global standards & transitioning ~156 different tools to one platform. In addition, I owned the global implementation of control measures for HR Shared Services.

Expanding my previous role I'm responsible for utilization, activation and simplification of HR wing-to-wing processes in Europe & Russia CIS, driving respective strategies and collaborate with HR Operations professionals in the European countries, the EU Simplification organization and Global Process Leaders.

As Simplification Manager I'm responsible to lead HR Operations simplification, standardisation and transition initiatives for the DACH region. Working in collaboration with the regional HR Ops and Payroll & Benefits teams, I will have significatn interaction with multiple GE stakeholders, the Country HR Councils and the broader EU Simplification organization.

As project manager I defined, coordinated, monitored and reported scope, timeline & budget of several Millions Euro. The project consisted of 3 parts: interior construction, set-up of the test environment and the design of a prototype engine. Its complexity shows in over 85 stakeholders. Coordination of the project team and the supervision of more than 56 suppliers are also part of my responsibility. Additionally, I handled the approval procedure (Bundesimmissionsschutzgesetz).
