As consultants we were brought in to prepare the implementation of a number of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at Aftonbladet as a part of their new strategic agenda. The client, the manager of innovation at Aftonbladet - Agnes Sävenstedt [agnes.savenstedt@aftonbladet.se], was satisfied with our work.
