As an Interactive Content Manager/ Designer, I tend to collect fragmented and straying thoughts, and then organise and transform them into relevant forms. In other words, my mind acts as a funnel, concentrating ideas from the surrounding world into concepts and subsequently visual forms. Right now, I work in niche content management projects with websites, prints, identities, blogs and interactive/digital media.

Evaluate HDL's organizational training strategy, develop methods, oversee its implementation and assess outcomes. Identify training needs and drive suitable initiatives. Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions at schools and colleges. Work across departments to get employees up-to-speed in both their specific verticals and the overall needs of the company.

Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business. Preparing value-added service presentations for the usage of the sales department. Putting together business cases for the sales team to support their proposals. Working closely and collaboratively with technical teams to devise effective business solutions.
