- Induction & Orientation of the employees, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, HR Coach for Trainees, HR representative_Internal & external audits, Leadership initiatives/trainings, Editorial member_Company Newsletter, Retention Management, Worldwide Employee Surveys, Ramp up of the Radial project by Overseas technical trainings foremployees, Shop floor qualification

- Recruitment & Induction of newly hired employees - Issuance of Appointment & Confirmation letters - Preparing & releasing monthly training calendars - Facilitation of the inhouse training programs - Monthly reports on Induction, Training , Training Analysis

Joined as a Management Trainee & confirmed as an employee later. The main responsibilities included: - Recruitment: Planning, Sourcing and screening, Interviewing - Joining , Induction & Orientation - Training: Training Need identification & Coordination for Open House, In House & Ad hoc trainings - Employee Engagement & Retention - Rewards & Recognition - Quality Circles in the plant - Event Management - Grievance handling
