Configuration of Salesforce.com for Enterprise-Wide implementation. Work on Sales, Service,Community clouds Configure SFDC communities. Customize and implement Workflow, Process builder, Approvals etc Configured Connected apps, SSO, Custom Metadata Types, Custom settings, labels Setup Email-to-Case, web-to-case Implement duplicate management, write validation rules Work with SFDC release management team, Sandbox management, commits changes to Github and work on Gearset tool

Responses to defects/enhancements requests per SLA standard & escalates to PO when needed. Solutions new enhancement requests in the backlog for review by sprint team. Customize and implement profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, applications, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow, validation rules, approvals, reports, dashboards etc. Work with Salesforce Data Loader for data updates. Implement business process using Salesforce business process tools.

Configure and Maintain Users, Profiles, Roles, Permission sets, sharing rules, Page layouts, record types and business processes. Setup territory management and manage sales territories. Work on data migration using data loader/Workbench. Create reports and dashboards as on when its required. Work on VEEVA CRM platform for healthcare and life cycle projects. Participate in pre and post sandbox refreshment activities. Provide “war room support” as well as ongoing support for implemented functionality.
