• Development and maintenance of the standard costing system • Analysis of cost variances and preparation of management reports • Preparation of inventory reports and reconciliation to the General Ledger • Preparation of journal entries • Analysis and reconciliation of Profit & Loss product cost ledger accounts • Calculation of actual and forecasted costs • General accounting such as banking and preparation of the statutory accounts • Handling payroll • Use of MS Dynamics, SAP • US GAAP

•Maintenance of global ABC costing model. •Analysis of cost differences, such as labour costs, fixed costs, tax issues, etc. between various manufacturing sites (Brazil, China, Hungary, Finland, Mexico). •Standardization of costing and post-calculation processes among different business areas. •Member of Global Sales Support team, responsible on pricing decisions and offers to key customers. •Credit and risk analysis for potential customers.

- Management reporting: Profit & Loss statement, Accounts payable/receivable, Inventory, monthly forecasting, yearly budget planning, fixed cost allocation, cost center and ledger account analysis, CapEx approvals, etc. - New Product Introduction Department controlling and Cost controlling for all Business Areas. - Development and implementation of a new global Post Calculation model (in use). - Follow IFRS standards

- Product cost calculation for existing and new customers in Hungary and support to other production locations (Finland, Mexico, China, and Estonia). - Development and implementation of a new global ABC costing model.

- Worktime calculation for product costing, layout planning, line balancing, ergonomic analysis and production optimization. - Driver calculation for cost allocation.
