Temporary contract to provide programme management service focusing on Microsoft public and private cloud offerings. A key liaison person between Microsoft and Estonian government entities for any cloud (incl. AWS and GCP) and license related topics. Focus on near future Modern Workplace and supporting contracts (pan-govt MS EA, Unified Support), Azure Stack Hub pilot, staff training programme on Azure products and services, connecting people with external experts to provoke exploration of new approaches.

Fixed-term contract to provide programme management and consulting service focusing on Azure, AWS and GCP public and private cloud offerings. A key liaison person for Estonian central government institutions for cloud, legal and licensing related topics. Focus on delivering a programme of work to solidify RIT team knowledge of public and hybrid IaaS/PaaS/SaaS offerings, deliver a cloud-first strategy and negotiate relevant support contracts.

Temporary contract supporting pan-government IT consolidation project – analysis, negotiation, planning, communication. Scope – 32000 IT workplaces and all shared ICT services consolidation 2022-25. Conducted overall analysis of the central government (ministries, institutions and IT houses) ICT workplace and infrastructure services to understand their IT maturity, criticality, technology stack and assumed IT debt. Analysed organisations resources, scope for and willingness to consolidate the services.
