-Establishing the group structure and registration formalities in the UAE -Coordinating all potential projects and opportunities between the shareholders, and arranging preparations for the kickoff event. -Managing the launch of the world leader German manufacturer for Sauna & Spa (KLAFS®), and supervising civil work, architectural designs for the showroom in Dubai. -Developing new business opportunities with the Arab Organization for Tourism (AOT) in UAE, -Redeveloping of the AOT’s new website.

•Leading factory management in creating the yearly OMP 2013 and align it with market business needs •Identify & analyze KPIs, and eliminating sources of wastes in the factory using special techniques. Ex. LTA, IPA, to achieve the “Zero Loss” target using FI tools •Using Problem Solving techniques (DMAIC, SMED) to eliminate root causes when deviations are observed on KPIs •Member in the FI pillar, mainly on training & coaching project leaders using FI tools on accomplishing their projects efficiently

•Leader for two projects to eliminate sources of contamination •Member in the AM pillar in the TPM concept to eliminate losses, improve lines’ performance •Ensure working areas are complying with food safety management systems by applying the 5S and NGMP •Material management through analysis of variance reports, utilizing labor hours, fixed and variable costs and energy consumption •Leading 70 operators to ensure smooth operations through effective employee to achieve all manufacturing KPIs
