Deployed complete UCCX based call center including CUCM, voice gateway, Social Miner , Calabrio AQM, Expressway for jabber guest, sugar CRM, Database management , design queries for customized reporting.

- Establishing IPCC environment by designing system configuration; directing system installation; defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards. - UCCE & UCCX call flow Change requests - Preparing Cisco DCloud and LAB Demo Setups for Partners and Clients for POC - Administration, maintenance and planning of Upgrades on Cisco UCCE & UCCX which includes ICM Scripting, CVP, CUSP, CCMP, FINESSE, Social Miner, Outbound Dialer SIP & SCCP

---Carry out Changes and Modification in Configuration of different IPT Components according to requirement of customer need for enhancement of smooth operation, Expansion and Up-gradation of CUCM, voice gateway network. ---Operations and maintenance of CUCM, Voice Gateway, IM&P , Unity ---Installation, Maintenance, Configuration and Troubleshooting H.323 gateways ---Responsible to maintain Cisco UCS 230 servers running VMware vCenter and VMware ESXi.
