• Monitoring of work performed by service crew to ensure product quality and service. • Familiarize the restaurant service staff with food safety procedures and monitor their performance. • Conduct trainings for service employees in accordance with approved systems and company standards. • Daily Reporting to Sales team , as well Reporting General Manager regarding current necessity’s. • Perform software operations: inventory, Transfer invoices.
