- Perform recruiting lifecycle based on recruiting process; - Manage the schedule of all interviews between candidates and supply hiring manager with all information about candidate; - Provide candidates with feedback after each interview; - Conduct regular follow-up calls and messaging in order to establish strong relationships; - Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need; - Analyze external labor market and constant interest in new technologies;

Functions: • Training program development and introduction • Conduction of trainings for Sales Department employees • Service quality control of Sales Department employees • Implementation and coordination of HR policies and procedures in the bank
