• JD Edwards: Plan, schedule and coordinate daily work for company, contract employees by utilizing CMMS • Work scope of PM, CM, PdM, Non-Maintenance type of work. • Prepare long range planning and scheduling for process job. • Prepare shutdown and overhauling job task and scheduling as successor basis to minimize down time. • Prepare project work activities and budgeting. • Long range/Shutdown planning coordinating with Operation and Maintenance by using Primavera.

• Follow organizational standard as all aspects • Strictly to maintain plant safety tools and has ability to handle emergency situation. • Safe operation of High pressure vessels, Heat exchanger, Re-boiler, Diesel & Gas generator, Instrument air compressor, • Gather good knowledge about gas processing, process plant and very much conscious to meet the organizational targets. • Maintain process parameter and identify bad actor equipment,

• All static vassals repair and maintenance like Heat Exchanger, reactor, piping network, package boiler, Primary reformer & secondary reformer. • Handle technical scouting of specification for manufacture to determine materials.

• Erects scanner m/c to remove contaminate from cotton and also erects Reter drawing machine (Germany). • Design drafting roller for Simplex machine of TexmacoHowa (Japan) to improve twist per inch. • Justify yarn quality and count of yarn. • Prepare maintenance schedule and organize technician to perform sequential job.

Mechanical Engineering: Pump, fan, blower, compressor, turbine, alignment technology, vibration analysis technique, non destructive test (NDT), boiler, heat exchanger, Process Technology valve, lubricant & lubrication etc.
