I revamped the 3D model of the KF500 flowmeter using SolidWorks, incorporating Model Order Reduction methods to improve compatibility with ANSYS CFD simulations. By implementing ANSYS Fluent, I predicted the meter factor K and mass flow rate of low-viscous fluids in the flowmeter, achieving 98% accuracy in results and saving 20% in experimental time, while also developing a predictive model for future use. I also utilized GD&T principles in 2D drawings to ensure consistent and reliable part production.

I created detailed 2D assembly drawings, specifying dimensions, tolerances, and material requirements, which facilitated an efficient production process. I worked closely with engineers and designers to revise and update 2D documentation, integrating changes and improvements to enhance product quality and functionality. Additionally, I researched and compiled extensive libraries for AIRBUS parts, significantly reducing illustration time and improving efficiency and accuracy in creating illustrations.
