I managed + 3PMs and +50 contributors to create an AI SaaS B2B renewable energy management application. My goal was to allow the transformation of a technical platform into a scalable, user-centric digital product. I improved operations and fostered a culture of data-driven decisions while handling business, technical, legal, and UX tradeoffs.

As a member of the Product Acceleration team, my work has two main streamlines. I provided consultancy in short projects (1-3 Months), focusing on product discovery, due diligence, and business strategy. But I also acted as a long-term external Lead Product Manager to improve UX, build teams and workflows, deal with ambiguous contexts, and expand operations worldwide.

I oversaw the entire product life cycle. My primary role was to combine technology with business objectives using user-centric approaches such as user research and design thinking to create unique retail spaces, marketing campaigns, and mobile applications.
