- Handling inbound queries on Pegasus, the BA-used reservation system based on AMADEUS - Assisting international passengers with creating/ modifying bookings - Providing BA Executive Club high-standard customer service

- Attend Parent-Teacher conferences - Listen and comprehend languages, convert speech in English to Vietnamese and vice versa - Reproduce English accurately and succinctly

- Organizing internal and external activities - Assisting lecturers in from designing to executing lessons and extracurricular activities - Handling administrative tasks, including onboarding new employees and ensuring external communication

The exchange program is offered by Vietnamese-German University and University of Bremen, allowing me to study one year in Germany at the Bremen University
