Gathered and defined requirements through market research, competitive analysis and workshops to design Poddle, a SaaS product used by 6000+ businesses and implemented in 14 councils across the UK. I owned roadmap prioritisation and timely delivered 5 main product features across 14 releases in 2 years, aligning cross functional teams. I also conducted workshops and customer meetings to define requirements translating complex business requirements into clear requirement documentation using BPMN and UML

I was the project manager of two major ERP digitalisation projects for the supply chain division. I also wrote Standard Operating Procedure documentation and conducted end user trainings. As a local contact point for the SC division I coordinated User Acceptance Testing (UAT), managed issues, and managed stakeholder communication to support successful project delivery. I also managed service requests for SAP User Accounts for the division with an international team achieving 100% timely closure.
