All were corrected within 1 year since start date. * Authored a concept on using Machine Learning to identify internal talent for executive-level positions. * Built various HR reports for multiple corporate stakeholders, unifying metrics across a landscape of 22 different SAP localizations and 3 non-SAP countries. Seamless integration was the result. * Built or contributed to building new reporting platforms (HR Dashboards on iPad and PC) using SAP BW as a backbone and Fiori as UI.

* Decreased personnel cost by 4% year-on-year through the partial implementation of automatic personnel scheduling, based on the identified fluctuating demands specific to retail. * 98% accuracy for every 15-minute time interval over an entire month, in terms of estimating staff demand and consequent planning.
