As a sport adviser I worked with app. 40 sports foundations to help/consult them with education, motivation, support, development processes and service.

At Westcoast Sailing Association as a temporary sail coach, I supported and developed clubs in the district. I conducted a analysis of the dictrict which showed the district's strengths and weaknesses and developed a plan of action.

I had the overall responsibility for the Yacht Club´s educational activities which each year has about 1,000 students, children and adults, who are instructed by over 100 leaders. I planned, sold and administered courses and recruited employees. In addition, I was responsible for budgeting, development and evaluating the activities.

I had the responsibility, in consultation with the restaurant manager to lead staff, coordinate bookings conduct orders and ensure service and quality at Lorensbergs Theatre Restaurant.
